Pocko maker and crafter, Annemarieke Kloosterhof has joined forces with UK arts journal They Made This and Breast Cancer Now for a special fundraising event. Inviting 12 incredible artists and 5 life models, the group virtually joined an online life drawing session to create one of unique original artworks.
Annemarieke is a master of paper craft, and so after a few initial sketches she picked up her scalpel and paper and set to work!
We’re in love with the layered contrasting colours Annemarieke chose to use, and a hand holding the breast to represent checking for lumps – this piece of artwork couldn’t be more beautiful!
Each donated artwork has been generously donated towards a raffle in aid of Breast Cancer Now. Each raffle ticket costs a small fee of £5.00, and with the chance of winning the original artwork – it’s a no brainer!
